We have been a locally owned restaurant since 2009, featuring a beautiful dining room and patio overlooking Evergreen Lake, a glass-walled wine room, a grand rock fireplace, and more. Every table has a view! With sophisticated dining, creative cocktails, and with a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list, there is something for everyone.

A deposit of $10 per person + tax is required to place this reservation

 

>> For Special Events and Parties of 12-25

An agreed-upon custom menu is required for parties of 12 or more and will be based on the seasonal restaurant menu at the time of the event. Pricing varies by time of year, day of the week, and staffing needs, starting at $75 per person. A $500 deposit is required to book the reservation.

 

>> For Weddings and Other Large Events

A "Buy Out" for the entire restaurant will be required for parties of 25-100 people. 

 

BUYOUT OPTION

Private Willow Creek Experience

     When you book your private event at Willow Creek, you will have exclusive use of our beautiful restaurant for you and up to 100 guests. You will have access to our dining room, staff, patio, and bar for up to 4 hours. You'll indulge in a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu tailored to your preferences, complete with parking, linens, coordinated flowers, our beautiful seasonal table décor, and a lovely view of the best that Colorado has to offer...

     *Please note that alcohol, tax, and gratuity are not included and will be charged based on consumption. Any additional expenses for specialty linens, flowers, tents, AV systems, or any other rental items are also not included in the base price. 

Any special requests or rentals above and beyond deemed items shall be at the client's expense.

     If a HOSTED BAR is desired, we have everything you need! However, we can help you manage your bar costs effectively by curating a pre-selected cocktail, wine, and beer list, while also offering a cash bar for any items outside that selection. We understand that everyone has their own tastes and budgets, and we want toensure you have all the options available.

     You will begin your evening with a delightful cocktail hour and a selection of passed hors d'oeuvres that you can choose from. As your guests arrive, they'll be captivated by

the stunning views—often adorned with playful elk, depending on the time of year.

     Once seated, you and your guests will be given a predetermined menu: a soup or salad course, followed by 3-4 entrée options, and concluding with a delectable dessert or a playful self-serve dessert table—whatever best suits your style!

     Our buyout option is tailored to your preferences, which means we will collaborate closely with you to iron out the finer details—colors, floral choices, menu, music, and more—around a month before your special day.

     The total cost to secure Willow Creek for your private affair depends on the day and time of year.

>>Patio Rental

Due to the very unpredictable weather in Colorado, we do not specifically reserve the patio for special events. However, with the buyout of the entire premises, the patio can be utilized for your event.
